How a visit works
You call or text me at (414) 300-6404 and tell me what is on your list. I will give you a price over the phone for simple jobs, or come take a look for free if it needs eyes on it. We agree on a time, usually within the same week. I show up with my tools, get the work done, and clean up.

Straightforward pricing, no surprises:

- Two bathroom exhaust fans installed: $580
- TV mounting: $130
- Everything else: free estimate. Small jobs are usually priced by the visit. Bigger jobs get a written quote after I see the work.

What is the smallest job you will take?
If it takes me to come out with tools, I will do it. Hanging a curtain rod, patching a hole, assembling one piece of furniture, all fine.
Can you do several small jobs in one visit?
Yes, and that is the best way to do it. Send me the whole list and I will price it as one visit.
Do you travel to Racine or Kenosha?
Yes, both are in my service area.
Do I need to buy the parts?
For most jobs you can buy them or I can pick them up. For things like fans and faucets, tell me what you want and I will tell you exactly what to get.
How soon can you come out?

Do you do electrical or plumbing?
I do the handyman side of both: swapping fixtures, switches, outlets, faucets, and toilets. For bigger electrical or plumbing work that needs a licensed tradesperson, I will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
