How a visit works
You call or text me at (414) 300-6404 and tell me what is going on: new fixtures to install, old ones to replace, or lights that stopped working. I will ask a few questions so I show up ready. On the visit I shut off the power, remove the old fixture, check the wiring and the box, install the new fixture, and test it before I leave. If the wiring needs repair to make the fixture work right, I handle that too.

I serve Milwaukee and the surrounding metro: Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Brown Deer, Cudahy, West Allis, Waukesha, Shorewood, Glendale, Racine, and Kenosha.
Pricing
Light fixture work is a free estimate. Most single fixture swaps are quick and priced by the visit. What affects the price:
- How many fixtures are being installed or replaced
- Fixture height and weight (high ceilings and heavy chandeliers take more time)
- The condition of the existing wiring
- Whether switches or dimmers are being added

Can you install a fixture where there is no existing wiring?
Sometimes. It depends on what is behind the wall or ceiling and whether power is nearby. Send me a photo and I will tell you what is possible.
My switch does not work. Can you fix it?
Yes. Dead switches, switches that only work sometimes, and switches that do not control what they should are all things I troubleshoot and repair.
Can you install a dimmer switch?
Yes, I install standard and LED-compatible dimmers.
How long does a fixture swap take?
A straightforward swap usually takes under an hour. Multiple fixtures or wiring repairs take longer, and I will tell you upfront.
Do you travel to Racine or Kenosha?
Yes, both are in my service area.
